Service Description

FXVDS provides virtual dedicated servers (VDS) and related infrastructure for the purpose of hosting third-party trading software, such as MetaTrader (MT4/MT5). FXVDS does not provide financial services, investment advice, brokerage services, or trading software.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.

Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Payments and Billing

Payments for our Services are processed via our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge you for the selected subscription plan. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel it beforehand. You are responsible for canceling your trial to avoid incurring charges.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months or unused service.

Dedicated IPs & Add-Ons

Optional add-ons, such as Dedicated IPs and Daily Backups, are billed monthly as part of your subscription. Backups are provided on a best-effort basis and only if the add-on has been purchased and is active.

Service Availability

FXVDS aims for maximum uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or other unforeseen events may cause temporary outages.

Data & Backups

You are solely responsible for your data. FXVDS does not automatically back up user data unless the Daily Backup add-on is purchased. Even with this add-on, we strongly recommend you maintain your own separate backups.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FXVDS is not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, data loss, or other direct or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. We do not guarantee the performance or reliability of any third-party trading software installed on the VDS.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Services at any time, with or without notice. Prices for all Services are subject to change with 30 days notice from us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
